How does the app work?
Once your hospital has registered with MediShout, any staff member can download the app. The process is simple; Simply select the ward you are in, the category of problem encountered and then describe the issue. MediShout will send your message to the hospital manager best placed to solve the problem. Once managers have corrected the problem you will receive an instant notification letting you know it has been rectified.
